• Site surveys to include Topographical and Geotechnical Surveys, soil analysis and asbestos surveys, by fully accredited Consultants.
• Full design, architectural, structural engineering and planning services, including planning and building control applications.
• Design and specification appraisal, cost estimating, and budgetary advice.
• Tendering for Builders, subcontractors and suppliers, including health and safety assessments, credit and insurance checks.
• Placing Contracts with Consultants, Builders and Sub-contractors.
• A full Quantity Surveying package to include, cost planning; cash flow; certification of monthly payments and budgetary control.
• Advice on cost-effective energy efficient improvements to your home, including heating, insulation and the incorporation of renewable energy sources.
• Appointment and liaison with Health and Safety Consultants on behalf of the Client.
